Upon making our selection, the admin assistant provided a courtesy call confirming scheduled appointment. The install team (Jeff & Aaron) arrived timely, were prepared, knowledgeable, efficient, did a good job cleaning up, and spent time explaining functions and operation of the new system. They even installed a fireplace chimney cap for us which was not part of the quotes.
